I came home from a Sheva tour in Europe. Full from the experience I returned to my partner and our little child after weeks away, and shared enthusiastically how we sang of love truth and peace, how we prayed with tens of thousands of people. A few hours later, I got nervous and anxious over simple domestic family responsibility. My partner who wears her heart on her sleeves immediately questioned what is the impact of speaking of peace truth and love when it is required at home practically. I was called to 'feel it', and by grace I did. I felt it... felt the pain of my impermanence and heard to call to practice what I may speak of, literally bringing it home. So thank you Nirupa, and yes! singing songs for God is good, only now hug me close...
